I used to play too many RPGs and platformers (other stuff too, but mostly those), and got totally bored, and if I hadn't got into beat 'em ups (which I used mostly overlook), shooter, and just action games in general... well I'd be having much less fun.
Play as many different genres as you can, that's the key to having more fun, I think.
And get VF4 Evo... What a game!

I've been a gamer for many years, right from the atari stuff. Had no problems through my snes years through to saturn and psx. Then dreamcast hit the market and the rot set in. Nowadays i have a modded xbox, which i personally never touch for games. Dont get me wrong, the games are top notch, its just that i dont get the enjoyment factor i used to get.
These days i play online pc fps such as CoD, bf1942 and sof2. Aquired the skills needed to join some good european clans, and the rest is history so to speak.

Will i ever go back to playing console games?...probably not. They just dont scream at me like they used to.

I remember the times when my new import console was on its way to my doorstep, and the anticipation was unreal. Now i dont give them a second thought.

Camps knows what i used to be like 5 years ago, and the money i used to spend on the latest of everything, and he knows how different i am now.
