    Initial D Real Course Videos

I saw these somewhere a long time ago, from a link off a topic on here. Despite my hardest efforts, I haven't been able to find the topic. You know, the videos of the 'real' akina etc. I tried watching them on 56gay, but unfortunately they were just a massive blur. Now I'm on tasty ADSL, I really want to see them but I don't know where the link is >_<.

ft:. Slag. http://initialdheaven.netfirms.com/ actually have some RL pics of Akina, Akagi, Myogi and Usui if anyone's interested. They're scarily real, everything from the starting area on the Akina downhill to the petrol station takumi works at, to that bridge thing across the Usui bit. I wanna go >_<

But unfortunately the site exceeds its daily bandwidth all the time .

Oh, I know they're real, but I didn't realise just how real they are. They're truly astonishing, I've been rewatching the anime recently and to see some of the locations exactly as they are in the show is quite .

Hence, I really want to see the 'real life' videos. Initial D has got me interested in this kind of drift racing etc, unfortunately there is far too much police presence in England and it's plain stupid to try it anyway. I live right next door to the new forest, and it's inevitable that one day I end up in there attempting it. . I'm getting my license in a couple of months time .

Hmm well some places maybe you can take your car along and pay a bit to race on a race track or old air strip?? hehe There you can try drifiting safely and legally and if u crash u wont hit anything cept get grass on your car. I guess it wpuld be like the Top Gear race track they made. Somewhere like that be cool......

Right, well now that I'm getting my license soon, I'd like a bit of advice. I'm interested in cars, but I know sod all about them. I'm doing Physics and Maths based subjects at college and am generally pretty good with physicsy type things, so the maths and physics related aspects of cars don't bother me. However, I don't know anything about them in the first place. Can anybody recommend a book or two to me, maybe about the basics of cars and then something more to do with tweaking and modifying them? I know there are some of you out there who are great with this kinda stuff... so please, recommend me something .
