the Motivational Pact

we all have games which we own but haven't completed - i know that i for one keep putting games away for a 'rainy day' and this rainy day never materialises

so what i propose is a Pact which will both shame and motivate signee's into completing various games in their collection

Now people who want to sign up for this pact need to post 5 games which they have yet to complete - this will be updated weekly in the first post of this thread with a timeline for how long each title has been in your list. you can't add another game to the list without removing one (ie completing/finishing it or chickening out of finishing it whereby you need to post that you are doing so (for the shame))

the reasoning behind this is that 5 games will be removed from your 'to do' lists --- and the sense of achievement will be high for the majority of peeps taking part

3. Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance GC

I beat this just now! The last boss is - really bad. It took me about 40 seconds.

The last bit of the game has you going through this big tower that you can't recall in, so you have to make sure you have all the health potions etc you need before going in. You also get a lot of really expensive weapons along the way, so I was saving them all in the hope that I could sell them off later for tons of cash. So there I am hauling them around the levels, leaving much needed health potions out so I could keep these weapons that I intend to sell and - the game ends. Oh.

Great Choice man, classic SNES shumup, one of many but with the diverse number and types of weapon the game has it keeps the game fresh throughout.

I did the first level on hard, it was somewhat of an ordeal and I gave up after that.
