Used to be able to complete Starglider 2 on the Amiga in a stupidly efficient manner. Also, I dominated Area 88 on the Super Famicom. And I always seemed to power through LucasArts-style graphical adventure games.

Nowadays my abilities have suffered, due mainly to lack of playing time. But I'm aware of how many in the same age bracket as me (late 20s) have just stopped altogether, so I'm happy to be playing at all. Oh, before I forget -- I ****ing dominated WarioWare: Touched!, and then sold it after getting every unlockable with 'a quickness'. But then, that game was rather easy so it's not really that much of an achievement, I suppose..

Biohazard series, Panzer Dragoon 2, Darius Gaiden, Final Fight, Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts, Ridge Racer, Strikers 1945+, Neo Drift Out, Metal Slug X, Dolphin Blue.

All of those games I excel at.
        Kept you waiting, huh?

Descent, I rocked at that game. And probably still do!

          Another would be Rick Dangerous.

...used to be pretty good at Bionic Commando too.

I used to have some times up on the Perfect Dark elite. I still wouldn't say I 'pwnd' that game though.

space channel 5 is completely my bitch... got in on release and had completed it fully (twice through straight) in about 40 minutes. the run through after was nigh on perfect (one missed step).

                pwndizzled.

In my prime (N64 era) I could hold my own against anybody at either 1080 or Goldeneye (not multiplayer but tackling the SP levels on the 00 level and horsing the challenges)

Happy days. The 1080 dragon cave time was just unbeatable - every nuance of the course was committed to memory !

My buddy & me played Streets Of Rage 2 so much we could ace it on hard with no continues just maxed out number of lives each.

                    F-Zero on the SNES.

I don't even want to know how many hours I invested in that ' back in the day'. Me & a mate used to get back from school & just play it all night ( well, till my parents sent me to bed anyway!! )

Haven't played it for many years though so I'm not sure how I'd do now!

F-Zero on the N64. Had this when I was a student- me and one of the lads I lived with would have constant fights over lap times. It got to ridiculous levels. I wouldn't be enough to just get the best time, we would have to wipe all the other's lap times off the scoreboard. So it got to the stage where you would have to do loads of times all within hundredths of a second to get them on the scoreboard.

I can remember the grief after getting back from lectures to find the prick had spent all day removing every trace of my times...

Sega Rally 2 as well. Totally owned the first track on that game- my time was unbeatable.

ISS '98 on the N64. I used to cane every single person I played against when I was on form.

                          Years ago though.

i used to be able to rack up scores of around 4,500,000ish on bubble bobble down the arcades, get to levels in the 90's without dying. But age has withered my bobbling skills :<
