Hmm, personally I'd find those pretty bloody distracting if I was trying to focus on a game on the t.v, plus in a dark room it would look like you were trying to stage your own minature rave.

Funny that -- I stick something in front of my Xbox as the blue led is waaaay to funny on the eyes to pay attention to the screen. I can't even look at it without coming away with some kind of burn-in on my retina.
