So who's getting U.S Siren then?

I was thinking that for those who were dissapointed with the really bad localisation job SCEE gave Siren, who will be picking up this version?

It looks like its (thankfully) gone back to its orginal name, and im thinking that the u.s dubb should sound miles better, and seeing as this has had extra dev time, there could be a possiblty of the orginal JP voices and subs.

I was only thinking about this because I've always wanted to play Siren and its only around ?20 odd on videogamesplus.ca to preorder + it comes out next tuesday! Bonus!

So any thoughts?

Not much point in me picking this up. I thoroughly rinsed and enjoyed Siren on it's release.

I'm not going to bother, it's a game I'll have to miss out on, or play when I get a PS3.

You mean english dubs on a Japanese game, "even" if it is done for the US market can actually be good? Ive never heard of one game like that!!

I was looking forward to this one but not anymore. I will not put up with a dodgy conversion of an otherwise brilliant game simply because it is the only version available to me (I have a US PS2 without mod-chip).

I will not miss it; there are other excellent games that I have not yet played such as Xenosaga and Vagrant Story (PS1). I can always go back to one of these instead. It isn't the first time I do this and it certainly won't be the last.
