system link? the videos i've seen look nice, a lot like gran turismo with 'proper' car movement and stuff (why gt looks so nice half the time). not convinced it'll pull the crowds though, as it looks this >_< close to gt, it's scary.

If you look closely, you can see three XBox in the first picture. I love the idea of this, it looks amazing. Like a F355 cab in your living room . I'm much more interested in this game now.

Sega GT was the Xbox's GT rival
But it was a poor rival. Graphically it was very washed out with a strange smearing effect and the car had a very off area collision around it. handling wasn't too bad but tnothing inspired, but the worst thing was the way the difficulty adjusted itself depending on what car you were using. If you went into the third round with a souped up car, the difficulty ramped up massively, yet if you went in with a basic car, it became a piece of piss. It was ludicrous.

Speaking of GT contenders, has anyone else seen GT-R yet? The press demo (PC only, but its coming to XBox as well) is rather good, in a 'as difficult to drive as Grand Prix Legends' type way.

Microsoft have at last revealed a title all racing fans were wishing for. I play alot of PGR2 and Toca, but most people talk about how great it would be to have a GT style game for the XB, and here it is.

Some screens give the impression of a US designed game, whilst others make me believe its made in Japan. I actually think it looks extra sweet, with a high detail level and a realistic sharp look to it. If it has enough tracks and cars and the handling is spot-on this will be another reason for more people to join the Live party.

I have high hopes for this. 8)

In all honesty, I am not too interested in this but the link up ideas sound good. I know GT3 had loads of these link up options but I never used them with 6 machines doing the same thing as this is meant to do. Did anyone here ever try them out?

any ideas who's developing this? Looks sweet especially If microsoft pull their finger out and release a decent ff wheel with it.

Now all i gotta do is find another 2 boxes and 3 plasma screens.

Games with 3+ screens are only really suited for arcades and not home use.
It'd be class if you could afford it though!
