I don't mind the boxart, it's fairly eyecatching for a UK game. The manual though is a travesty. Black and white manuals should stay a thing of the past.

I went into my local GAME(Huddersfield, Kingsgate centre) yesterday and asked if they would be doing it because I'm thinking of trading in my bog standard GBA in a part exachange deal. Anyway when I asked the guy he said it's a limited edition and you can only get if you get a gold ticket. I was thinking wtf!? is this charlie and the chocolate factory? He then goes on to say that if you buy "that" Zelda game, if you are lucky and you get a golden ticket you will be able to send it off for the golden GBA SP and there's no other way to get it. I have no idea which Zelda game he was on about but I assumed it was the Minish Cap.
Can anyone who works in a retail store clear this up for me? What the hell was that guy talking about?.
I can't wait to get me grubby mitts on zelda, might trade San Andreas in for it as I'm a complete Zelda whore, them graphics just look sublime. If the musics half as good as Link to the Past I'm in heavenLast edited by MikeRox; 15-11-2004, 22:49.

Originally posted by SmegamanM8, I feel for you, Huddersfield GAME is my local GAME too, and it's the ****test GAME in the UK hands down, incompetent staff, never has decent stock, prices are a joke, they don't even know about half the offers (when they did the Mario Kart DD bundle with free star wars games they didn't believe me even when I had the newspaper advert out in front of them!!!) Thankfully I'm studying at coventry where there are 2 pretty decent GAME stores as well as a few others. Huddersfield really did get the bottom of the barrel when it comes to game shops, theres a guy called Vinnie runs a market stall on saturdays (an some tuesdays) in the open market, if your after anything pre current gen, he's great to go to often gets current bargains in too tho, sold me the GBA Zelda 1 classics for ?8 sealed and if you ask him nicely he can usually get hold of pretty much anything ur after, sorted me with a mint Goemon 64 for ?10.

I checked inside my bundle box but I don't think I got the golden ticket. All I saw was this gold leaflet which had the nintendo stars catalogue value on it, about 750 stars I think.

So... finished dungeon 2 last night, long time Zelda player so none of the puzzles was that tricky, but the inginuity of it all is certainly very good
So... sanctuary in the court yard. Where and how? I presume I have to get passed some of the guards, but can't figure out how yet. Hints?Lie with passion and be forever damned...

I love the way that the items are new and a bit more innovative in this game.
Instead of just trundling out the same bits of kit like the Ocarina or Hookshot, they've taken the time to design some new ones and new puzzles / challenges to go with it.
Thats not to say that the old favourites aren't a welcome addition too. It wouldn't be any kind of Zelda game without them
