Maplins sell a 4 Phono Lead to 5 Pin DIN lead for 3 quid (code RW17T), thankfully Pin 2 the bottom pin is wired up to Ground so you can use this lead. However Pin 4 is wired to 5V on the Core Grafix / Duo / Turbo Grafix / Super Grafix.
You will need a multimeter and set it to the lowest ohms reading. Looking at the 5 pin din socket you will need to find this pin 4 as shown below...

Put one end of the multimeter lead on the centre pin of the phono lead and the other lead on pin 4 and if you get a 0 (or near enough) then this is +5V and you should not connect it to your TV...
The other three phonos are
1 - Video
3 - Audio Left
5 - Audio Right
Failing that if you don't have a multimeter, you could just try pluging each of the phonos in turn to an Audio in socket and seeing if you get sound, then plug the phono that doesn't make a buzzing sound into the video socket... -
