Title pretty much says it all. Would a Thrustmaster Beretta lightgun work on my 100Hz widescreen TV? 100Hz shouldn't be a problem but what about the widescreen?

I'm pretty sure it works perfectly fine with 100hz tvs.

Why would widescreen matter? I have never heard of a widescreen tv that has some strange projection or anything going on. Its just a different shaped tube with the same internals, as far as i know.
I could never imagine a light gun not working on a wide screen tv just because its widescreen. I would like to know if im wrong though, so someone answer him!Comment

Yea, I guess the question isn't this particular gun working with a widescreen tv but if lightguns in general care if the picture is something else than regular 4:3. So information on how for example the NES Zapper works on widescreen would probably be almost just as useful.Comment
