Differences between UK and US Gameboy SP Games

Is there any differences between US and UK gameboy adv games. I was thinking about getting a gameboy SP and wanted to know if they were are performance or graphical changes between the games.

Most of the reviews on this site are for US or Jap games is that just because they come out first or are they better.

The games are exactly the same, it's just they come out at different times, go with whatever comes first!

AFAIK there are no differences between gameboy regions, any game from anywhere in the world can be played on any gameboy.
The US versions are normally reviewed on here mainly because the release dates are sooner than in the UK (though this isn't always the case).
With the GB there are no speed differences or borders like there can be with PAL GC PS2 or XBox software and there are no regional lockouts.

      Hope that helps

I've heard some of the multi player games require carts from the same region but have never confirmed this. But if you've no mates you should be fine.

Yeah that's true. Some games don't like being linked between different regions, and some don't mind. Really a case of trial and error.

Some UK games are inferior because they lose certain elements due to unreleased accesories.
PAL Mario 3 for example doesn't let you have the new levels that are obtainable on the US and JPN versions by swiping E-Reader cards. Same for Pokemon too.

By in large they are the same though.

Price wise the US is far, far cheaper. It's easy to get all new games for around ?17 from Tronix or VG+. Beats paying ?35 in Game TBH
