if they are a bit pricey try looking in the PC mag Micro Mart lots of private & trade 2nd hand laptops in there (mag costs about ?1.60 and is out fortnightly)

Hi, i am needing to replace my current desktop pc with a laptop due to the uni course i am doing, anyone spotted any special deals or cheap laptops on the net?

I dont really know where to look for them as i am more of desktop person, hence speinding most of my time and money on ebuyer.co.uk , who do supply laptops but do not have the biggest selection.

Hi,

Try www.dabs.com for laptops. I got one for my course and am very satisfied with it. It makes a good all round computer. Obviously they're **** at games, but we can't have everything.
Please note that their site isn't firefox friendly AT ALL. So view it in Internet Explorer.
