I take it you mean 5.1 surround sound ?

You'll need a special AV cable with an optical output to connect your Xbox to the TV

you will need a digital amp which support dolby digital, and possibly DTS, if you want that to watch your movies with, you will also need 5 speakers plus a Subwoofer for those low tones(thats what the .1 stands for) try this website they ahve everything you need at the cheapest prices around. http://www.richersounds.co.uk then click on "online shop" they also sell all the speaker cable you need.
