NTL 55mb Free Web Space

Ok, I?ve been an NTL customer for about a year and half now but I?ve never used my free web space. I did try when I first got broadband, but it never work and I forgot about it.
I?ve been trying to access my free web space today, but FlashFXP never finds it. I know Im putting in my details correct, because I screen caped them when singing up so they cant really be wrong. I E-mailed NTL asking what could be wrong last week but I never got a reply.

Ive seen people on here useing NTL webspace, and I was wondering if anyone has a clue why I cant use mine?

I don't know why they did, or if they still do this but when I originally signed up ages ago the password I chose was not the password used to access my webspace or email. They had given me a password which they had chosen. To find out mine I used a password revealer program to display the password in my outlook express settings - you could email them too, but they take an age to respond.

user and pass same as main account. works well enough for me

I made two phone calls to NTL yesterday. The first man I spoke to was very unhelpful. He said that he couldn?t check my account details, Password Ect because they were improving their services and they couldn?t check anyone?s details until June 2ed. He told me to phone back then.
At this point I was just going to give up and wait till June 2ed to call back, but as there wasn?t anything else to do I called back in an hour hoping for a different person to speak to. The second person I spoke to was much more helpful, unlike the last guy he spent the time looking over the computer to see what could be wrong. After 10mins or so he said that he didn?t really know what could be wrong, but he would take my details and pass them onto an engineer.

This morning when I got up (which wasn?t early) I thought I would give it another go and it worked first time. I uploaded my Avatar just to see if everything was in order. I then went to my homepage and it showed up, something that it wasn?t doing yesterday. Im not sure if it showed up because there was something there or if it didn?t show up yesterday because NTL didn?t actually give me any web space.

Oh, well? Im guessing they sorted it.
