Modding a uk cube possible?

Given that all consoles previous to the Cube have been chipped why the hell hasn't the PAL GC been conquered too?

It seems like its impossible to chip. Surely this can't be the case?

I was thinking about gettin a JAP Soul Caliber 2 and a copy of freeloader does anyone here have the two on a PAL cube? does it work? i really need to know because i am in the same situation as i have got a PAL cube cheap as well so i hope i can get SC2 soon! thanks

it works fine on a pal cube with either 1.4 or 1.6 freeloader

Yashiro: there was never a chip (or any region mod for that matter) for the 32x. I'm stuck with a US copy of Chaotix and can't play it.

The 32x wasn't a console it was an ill conceived add-on.
