I never saw an OST for this.
There's a load of tracks. Far too many to put on a CD. You could rip them from the game by selecting each one in turn from the load-level menu. -
You could try putting the disc in a dvd drive and seeing what's on there.
If the music is coded as adpcm files then dextrose may have a tool to let you convert them to wav: http://www.dextrose.com/index.php?s=4&m=14&f=1640#f1640

Assuming the soundtrack is the same as the european release, some of the stuff is licensed and you could just buy the albums
Both Cauterize's tracks are on their (only) album "So Far From Real"
The three Finger Eleven tracks are on their Self-titled (some versions comes with a free DVD)
"Handful of Redemption" is on "Tomorrow Come Today" by Boysetsfire
"Rookie" is on "After The Eulogy" by Boysetsfire
"Fine Again" is on "Disclaimer" by Seether
IMO the non-licensed stuff isn't too great apart from maybe Kill Kill Kill and another one that i can't remember the name of
