i'm not really that clued up about PC games but i want to try out so good quality online PC gaming any good game you could reccomend.

It depends what you are after. The MMORPGs or the FPS games? I can't really think of many other genres that the PC has a big community in.
As far as FPS is concerned, UT 2004 is pretty comprehensive, and has a decent single player game. I prefer the Battlefield 1942 mod Desert Combat though. Basically, you're a troop, and can shoot your gun, get into tanks, fly planes etc. Decent amount of servers, and the game isn't a huge system hog. Not a huge fan of Battlefield Vietnam personally. -
Online I like UT2004 for some chaotic action. But I love Call of Duty online. The Search & Destroy missions are like videogaming crack.Comment

Enemy Territory is worth checking out if you're into teambased shooters. Now RTCW has died i'd say this is the best clan game about ........ and it's free

i second this. ET is absolutely awesome, and if you can get a large server full of good people its an amazing game. the levels are well set out for team objective play, and there is often more than one way for the attacking team to complete the objective. and the player classes are excellent, allowing for a varied experience each time. this is highly recommended, and something i would have totally paid money for were it not free.Originally posted by H-ManEnemy Territory is worth checking out if you're into teambased shooters.
