WTF is wrong with IE?

Something must have infected IE or something... on certain sites, when I click a button (much like the 'post this message' button at the bottom) instead of doing whatever, all the internet explorer windows just close =/. It's really annoying, particularly since CWshredder (which until this day has proven loyal) doesn't make any difference. Also, I've got another internet search hijacker thingy which can't be removed either =/.

*sigh*. Anybody got any ideas? /me looks at Yashiro.

Run search and destroy spybot for a start - http://download.com.com/3000-2144-10...age&tag=button - check add remove programs to see if anything strange is in there, then let us know if it persists.

I got fed up of homepage hijacking and the like and moved to firefox. Its so much better. I'd recommend you do the same.

Running the full range of ad removers is the best course of action.(Hijackthis is good if you know what you're doing)
Check your registry and startup for any rogue .exes.
