Folder Creation Problem in Win 98.

Hi,

I've lost the option to create 'New Folder' from the desktop or Windows Explorer or subfolders. I've run HijackThis, Ad-aware and Spybot and have no problems there. So it makes me wonder what tick I've put in what box at some point over the last week. Anybody have any ideas?
