Is there any way to Play SB:LoC offline?

SB:LoC = Steel Battalion: Line of Contact

I went to my local videogame dealer earlier today, my eyes suddenly saw that they had lowered the price of Steel Battalion: Line of Contact-package with 50%. As I love Mechas and gigant robotic thingies I want to own this, however...I do not want to play online, so what I want to know is if there is any way to play it offline. Some missions...or if the original game is included in some form.

As far as I know the original game was included in "some" of the LOC packs, worth asking first, secondly second game must be played on line, no offline content.

it should be in all the packs but no, you can't play LoC offline.

You can play LAN. So if you have a friend that has it you can have a 1on1.

If its just Live that is the prob you can play a LAN game over the net on XBC.
