im looking to buy a chipped x-box (Pal), either brand new or second hand (in good condition) just wanting to know how much i should be paying and which mod/chip should i be buying it with?

I would sell you mine but i have no idea how much it's worth. It's had the HD upgraded to 40gb and it has 8 games stored on the Hard Drive, also 2 S Pads, DVD Remote, etc.

If i can i'll be very interested in buying you xbox darrylscott, can you copy an xbox's hard drive onto another xbox.

I'd be looking to copy my existing xbox's (not chipped) to a chipped one, is this possible?

The Xbox HAS to be chipped for you to FTP into it, but once that is done copying the HD is simple.

i can get a friend of mine to fit any size hard disk i choose for practically nothing , its just a chipped x-box that i need.

runs ntsc games in colour only if i use my ntsc compatible tv...

yes they will play as long the tv has ntsc compatibily or with the use of an xbox rgb scart cable

games are better or dvdrw as there quite big. you cant use dvd-r disc as some xbox cant read them, they might work on yours though.

not neccessarily true, as long as you use decent media (read ritek die disks) any xbox dvd drive will read them including the thomson drives.
