Megadrive 2 lead question

Just picked one up and it's got a megadrive 1 rf lead with it. Does anyone know if I can use a saturn svhs lead?

I'm still having no luck getting hold of a RGB scart lead for the Megadrive 2, does anyone know where I can get one from?
