Playasia help please

I've recently bought some items on pre-order on Playasia with my credit card but it was swallowed by the whole in the wall machine when I was in London last week.

Quite recently I've had my new credit card through the post and I've tried changing my details so that the order goes thru with my new credit card details but I can't do it for some stupid reason...
It keeps remembering my old credit card details!

Can anyone help me?

Contact their support they should be able to change it or delete the old card.

I have, they've been ignoring me for at least 3 days now!

It's frustrating as I want the stuff that I've ordered for sure and they won't realise the problem until the item I want is out...

Don't confirm the order on the second page, click "Next" in the first box and just enter a new card.

Play-asia's support are off at the weekends and you also have to remember the time difference as well so if you mailed them friday it will be today before you get a reply

Man, your a star... You've solved it for me but I have to cancel the order again now and then lost my $5 coupon!
