Armored Core 3 (PAL) Any good?

Not the game, which sounds ace, but rather the PAL version. Is there a 60hz switch, have they cut content, if no 60hz is it optimised? (etc. etc.)

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Got this just the other day. Yes, there's a 60Hz mode. In terms of content, the link-up multiplayer is gone, but it's not likely I'd ever get the chance of using it anyway, so it's not a big deal as far as I'm concerned.
