Is someone trying to fudge me?

    I got this e-mail:

    Hello,

It seems you haven't yet upgraded to the new Internet access services,
and as a result you aren't yet benefiting from all the free speed and
function improvements we have recently made.

The upgraded dialup service is still at no charge from us.

    Dial up users:
    --------------
If you know how to manually alter your internet access configuration you
can use the following settings. If you don't know how to do this then
simply visit our website or run the attached script.

    Access number: 08451231818
    Username: your username
    Password: your password
    DNS Server 1: 213.130.128.32
    DNS Server 2: 213.130.128.33

Remember - Dialup users can register for additional free email accounts
and webmail access on the site.

    Visit <http://www.f1internet.com/> to learn more.

    Interested in upgrading to broadband:
    -------------------------------------
Broadband is now available on the vast majority of BT phone lines. It is
up to 10 times faster than dialup, enables the phone to be used whilst
you're on line and has a fixed monthly cost.

Access packages start from 18.35 (ex VAT) and we can supply a new
modem, delivered direct to your door.

    Visit <http://adsl.f1internet.com/> to learn more.

    Thanks,
    The f1internet.com team.

I don't know who F1internet are, I've never been in contact with them before, either. The e-mail of the sender is: [email protected]

My ISP is Breathe, and when I get my bill I get it from: [email protected], nothing about F1 internet at all...

The e-mail comes with an 886byte .ins file called f1internet.ins I assume it patches my dialer or summit.

    What do you guys think?

Delete the email. If it's legit, you will be able to get the same info from your isp website.
