Mac software Question

Hi guys. Have a Mac and was wondering, can I get a piece of software like Powerpoint for it ??? Or indeed powerpoint ??? any nice programes to combine pics / text and music ??

There's some software from Apple themselves called Keynote that will do what you need. It's pretty nice.
