My monitor is playing up in a really peculiar way. I can't figure it out.
Ths sides of the screen just... go weird. Every now and again, with not regular reason, they just **** up. They become indefined and look like a sin wave. Towards the bottom, on the left and right hand side, the straight lines become wavy and flicker slightly.
I've never had it when just on my desktop, that's usually very defined, however, arbitarily, it'll do it when I'm on IE, or on FireFox. Then it'll stop. I'll scroll to the bottom of the page, and it'll start again. I'll scroll up and it'll stop. I'll click a link, and while the page is loading it will be fine, then once it's loaded it'll flicker, then 8 second later it'll stop, and then start again when I Click a new link.
Then, all of a sudden, it goes. Weeks go by, then bam, it's back. Currently I'm getting effected quite badly. Before I could get rid of it by stretching the screen horizontally, then squeezing it, but now, not even that stop it.
I just have to put up with it.
All the leads are in pretty tightly, and I've got the newest drivers for my GFX card.
It's just the fact that it's arbitary that annoys me, it appears to not be one thing at fault. I think my monitor may just ben naffed, but I've only had it 18 months, and I don't want to buy a new one already!!
