getting progressive scan on monitor

could anyone advise me of any equipment that will allow me to connect my
ps2,gamecube,xbox to my pc monitor and get a decent progressive picture?

i've sen a couple of things on lik-sang but they do kinda look cheap and nasty.

has anyone got any of their machines running on a monitor in progressive scan?

theoretically this would mean you could buy a small lcd tv, say a philips or sharp and plug the converted vga gamecube lead into it and have progressive scan images on a tv advertised as non progressive!!!!

madness!! the sooner they release small lcd displays with component input the better.
