PAL Dreamcast, modify to output NTSC?

I seem to remember that there is some way of modifying a PAL Dreamcast to output NTSC 3.58 video instead of PAL60?

Does anyone remember how this is done?

It is possible to mod an ntsc machine to output pal video by bridging resister smt point R422 on the underside of the main board.

I'm not sure about going the other way, but it would make sense that doing the reverse would switch a pal machine to ntsc. Be warned though, ntsc machines cannot sync 50Hz, so pal games running at 50Hz would screen roll.
