Soul Calibur 2: Weapon Master Mode

I've beaten all 15 chapters twice. All shops are totally "Sold Out", but there are still some of the joke weapons and some outfits missing!
I have no idea what to do now! Is there another way to get the remaining weapons? How many outfits does each character have?

Help me!

You're missing a chapter... you have to beat I believe stage 4-3 again a third time to open up subchapter 2 (where all the joke weapons are available)...

Does Maxi have more than 2? I've beaten all the stages at least twice (and in some cases 3 times) and bought every non-weapon item available in the shops. I think a couple of other characters have only two costumes also...
