Conan - Help needed

After a lot of hunting around the shops (none of which had this one for GC) I got it from Play.com

I am stuck on the third area boss (the Large jade idol with a heart on a pedestal in front of her) and keep getting thoroughly beaten without being to damage the minx at all.

Help appreciated.

From what I can remember, you have to keep slashing at the heart-thing with your axe, dodging the beam that she fires at you.

If you watch the Jade Woman as you do this, you'll see that her pedastel will lower and the shield around her disappears. When this happens, you have to attack her directly, but jump away when the pedastal in the floor glows - this means that she's going to rise again.

Keep on repeating this until you've destroyed her.
