    Odd N64 Pad

I?ve had this pic on my PC for a while now, I saved it to show a friend. I got it from Ebay someone was selling a 64DD and this pad came with it.

I never really thought to much about it. I assumed it was an extra for the 64DD, but after looking at it today, I saw that it seems to have a GC analog and a small GBA like D-pad.

    Anyone know anything about it?

there is a company that makes smaller GC & PS2 pads, looks like one of their older products, they're called micro controllers or similar, seen them on fleabay or Dixons sell the PS2 version now and again.

Just looked on ebay, found these PS2 pads, not seen them before

That pad is made by Hori and is called "Horipad mini 64" it's a officially liscensed pad and it's not too bad.

The analogue stick is very sensitive like a gc pad. The buttons take a bit of getting used to seeing as they are all placed pretty close together. Also the Z button is placed at the back of the pad along with the L & R buttons.

They came in nearly every colour under the sun. Here is the one i have. Mine is a rather nice clear red/clear white model. Set me back ?3 from Hard off

      excuse the blurry pic

Wasn't it released by Hori that usually produce some odd Nintendo peripherals. IIRC they brought out a controller like that, if not that one.

EDIT: Doh damn you importaku for beating me to posting about it
