xbox live headphones?

I like to play my xbox with headphones,but when I have live on I have to turn the telly down.Being in the next room from the missus as she watches soaps,holby city so on.............
Are there any headphones that I can plug in to my tv that also have a mic on that I can talk on live as well?

All i do is wear the headset as normal, and use an in-earphone plugged into the TV in the other ear. Its not great but it works.
