If it does, then there's also the Document of Metal Gear Solid 2, which was also a DVD kinda thing.

The Psyvariar "Special Capture Box" (green cover) is the one with the superplay DVD.

The Shikigami no Shiro II DVD is sold seperately from any version of the game. It's made by the same company as the Ikaruga one, and there's a playthrough for every character. Comes on 3 discs.

Virtua Fighter: Memory of a Decade (included with 10th Anniversary game)

The disc that comes with Virtua Fighter 10th Anniversary is just a documentry and shows very little game play footage so i don't think it can be really classed as an Appreciate DVD.

The Hyper Streetfighter 2 Boxset does though.
