Do you have a surround sound amplifier or thinking of getting one? Then get THIS RGB lead instead, cos it has a digital optical output for the surround sound.

Also, as Saurian said, why do you want an ntsc xbox? Only advantage I can think of is that it does progressive scan.

just try a ps2 pal with a 60hz game via composite connection and if it come out colour them you'll be fine, but as the other say an rgb cable connection will be much better
