I was having a few go's on some games with my mate on saturday and my snes was acting really strange. On mario kart at times the track would disappear and all you would see is the floor texture. You could still drive and the track would flash on and off and at times it would say you fell out and lakitu would rescue you but never put you back down. Then on Summer Olympics it would randomly freeze and same goes for bomberman but the freezes weren't normal. It would shift back to the title then freeze. These didn't feel like regular bugs/crashes, especially the mario kart one, it seemed more like something you'd expect on an emulator. Is it time to put the snes to sleep and get a new one from the pound?

Buy yourself some airduster and clean out the cart port - if you have the correct screwrdiver to open the machine do so and clean the board this way too.Comment
