I am in great need of help. Someone has found out my email address and password and is inpersonating me on MSN and causing all kinds of trouble. I need help, what can I do. PLEASE.

Log onto MSN and change your password?

I can't since they have already changed the password, so I can't log on. And to make it worse I keep messing up when answering my secret question, know if they are case sensitive?

I don't use hotmail myself but when you registered weren't you asked for an alternate email so that they can email you your hotmail password should you forget it?

If so click the "forgot my password link", they'll send it to you and then you can change it to something that can't be guessed. Try a combination of numbers and lower/upper case at random points of a random word.
"shARk456" for example.

I think the only way is via a secret question, which im still working. If this fails are there any third party password programs, brute force or anything like that?

MSN used to have a UK helpdesk, perhaps they still do. If there are other details you can give, maybe they can help.
