Which soundtrack does PAL Sonic CD have?

I'm currently selling a PAL Sonic CD on ebay and got asked this

"It is my understanding that this version of Sonic CD contains the soundtrack by Naofumi Hataya & Masafumi Ogata. Is this correct? That's the main reason I'm bidding for this item, as I already have the US version with Spencer Nilsen's soundtrack."

ive got no idea - does anyone here know which soundtrack is on the UK Sonic CD

Was it Spencer Nilsen (Ecco, IIRC) and David Young, the US soundtrack? I kinda liked a few of 'em, got the Sonic Boom OST somewhere >_<

I preferred Sonic Boom to the rap, it was cheesy and kinda fun... but the rest of the US soundtrack SUCKED.

Nah, the US version was alright. It wasn't as good as the Japanese version though. Dunno why they even bothered to change it, really.
