    XBox/Dreamcast Adaptor

    Hello,

Does anyone know if you can get an adaptor that allows you to use XBox controllers/sticks etc on a Dreamcast. I have seen ones that do it the other way round (i.e. allow you to use Dreamcast controllers on an XBox) but want the opposite.

    Cheers,
    BB

I think it will be nice as XBOX S-Controller is much more comfortable to use than Dreamcast controller.

I've never seen one. If you can't find it in the lik-sang smartjoy section, it probably doesnt exist.

That sounds great, if somebody manufactured one I'd go for it.

I've looked at both Lik Sang and Play Asia and have never been able to find one that does it this way around. Was just wondering if anyone had come across such a thing anywhere else.

              You could try this:

              or

Cannot vouch for how well they work though. I was also thinking of doing the same thing so any feedback on the above too converters would be appreciated.

I recently bought a adaptor of the someone here on the forum to allow me to use a Hori PS2 Stick on the Dreamcast...

Heres a quick tip for you. If at first you find that the convertor works only with pads and not sticks (as some of them do) then try booting the game with a PS2 pad in and then swapping over to the Hori stick when the game is up and running. Works for me every time.

From memory the adaptor i have is like the 1st Lik-Sang one listed above.

For the money to buy this adapter I might well buy an arcade stick instead. I think next week I will have a look at 2 small time local small shops to see if they have anything and pop in Wolverhampton.
