    Rise of the Robots

I can't think of any off hand although there used to be quite a few - FX fighter being the best from when I remember but thats rather old now. There was never really any good beat em ups on the PC except FX Fighter and VF2

I used to play a truly awful 2D one that was desparately trying to be Street Fighter - Can't remember what it was called now.

I'd steer well clear of the Sega conversions for the PC as most of them are pretty ropey. Then again, I can't think of any fighters on the PC that I enjoyed the only one I can think of is One Must Fall 2097 but that is ancient.

I had a look on Underdogs where you can sort by rating. It seems you can get a decent version of Guilty Gear X for the PC...

I think Super Street Fighter 2X got released. Theres also the Korean rom packs if you count those, then you can include KOF98 etc.

guilty gear xx reload, is preety great. the only bad thing is that the music has been downsampled and it sounds rough quality wise.

I think the one I enjoied most is OMF 2097.
Then got some fun from Xenophage (by Apogee, if I remember correctly) and Pray for Death (this is an Italian production, don't know if it was distributed outside Italy).

Playstation Emulator plus Soul Edge? MAME and you name it? I can't say I've played a PC-native fighter since about Mortal Kombat 3.
