xbox modification resources

Hi all,

A friend of mine who's really into his xbox found out about the whole mod thing going on for it. I really don't know too much about it myself, not fussed about having my own modded, but my mate loves his and fancies the whole personalised thing. So, being in the USA, any of you lot know any companies in the States that would do this for him?
