      Holeeeey **** !

I'd seen some pics in the latest issue of PC Zone but they didn't look anything like that !

I'm guessing thats going to take some serious next gen hardware to push that out at anywhere near a decent frame rate.

The PC Zone article mentioned running two high end graphics cards combined. It would cost a mint but it'd be worth it ( yes I am a complete graphics whore )

Edit :- Just finished watching that video !!! Thats possible on a top end Geforce card ??!! OMFG !!

Unreal Tournament? I love those games

I find it quite intriguing that the two biggest (at least in terms of prominence) 3d engine developers on the PC both come from shareware backgrounds. Quite odd really....

Unreal Tournament games have been excellent (2003 wasn't quite there) but Unreal and Unreal 2 were pretty poor - I took Unreal 2 back to the shop after 2 days.

Unreal poor? Did you not play it on your p200 with Voodoo1 when it was first released?

I remember playing it on my mates P400 (absolutely state of the art at the time) and thinking how good it looked. Unreal 2 looked great too. Neither of them were good games. We went back to playing Worms

I've only just got over worrying whether doom 3 will run, now I gotta worry about this? Unreal 1 was alright but Unreal 2 was really boring. The Tournament games are brilliant though. The video was purely: look at our gorgeous graphics, which is fair enough because it was an engine demo but it would've been nice to see any sort of sign they've thought about gameplay as well, like when all the half life 2 vids came out.

Outrageous if this is what the in-game visuals could look like...

God only knows what sort of Skynet we'll need to play that.
