Modding a USA Xbox

Is it the same procedure to mod a US Xbox to play Pal/Jap games as it is to mod a UK xbox to play US/Jap games? just want to check before i take it down the computer fair to get it modded.

Yep it's the same. Just make sure they use a stepdown
