VGA connectors

Just wondering whats the best option for hooking up this generation of consoles is, including Dreamcast, up to a VGA monitor?

Is it

1. Buy a VGA box all in 1 for all consoles?

or

2.Get seperate cables for all.

Any comments on quality would be appreciated, cheers.

Don't mean to butt in, but what is the difference between a VGA box and a VGA cable for the DC if any?

Dunno, none I think,
I just heard you can get all in 1 VGA boxes for all consoles, but they use composite inputs. I'm just wondering whether VGA boxes plugged straight from the consoles is the better option..
