    What can I do?

when an order I made never arrives (and isn't insured) ?
Is there no hope for me then?
Any chance my Visa credit card with which I paid (or PayPal in this case) can do anything?

First thing to do is tell who you ordered it from, if they can't help then get some sort of proof of posting and try the post for a refund - I'm in the UK tho', I don't know if it works the same in your sane (in terms of coffeeshops anyway) country - sometimes you need the insurance here to be able to even complain.

You should be covered by your credit card, which is why I always purchase any item from the net using my credit card as things like this do happen. First of all advise the company, as they may well resolve it for you, then tell the CC if nothing happens. Not sure about Paypals terms and conditions though, I think you may still be covered though to the best of my knowlege.

The order was from www.therage.com (in February!)
They got the package back 1 time (which takes ages since that goes with continental shipping) and sent it back again. But that package didn't arrive either. Now my problem is that they don't answer my e-mails anymore so I'm kinda stuck.

Like you said, as long as it isn't an insured package, I don't think I can do anything with the postal service (which was standard international airmail).

Hi, I'm dutch too and ordered two games from Rudy/the-rage last month. While it took a while before he answered my mails and send out the package it eventually arrived within three weeks and with a $ 5 coupon as a compensation for my patience.

It's hard to believe they won't reply to your e-mail. Sure you haven't been too impatient and/or threatened them to eat only steak for the rest of your life

I just occasionaly asked them if there was an update, no threats heh (not that I recall anyway).
Did they offer a coupon or did you ask for it?
They were never quick with replying e-mail, but now I get zip nada nothing!

              Oi, missed this post! heheh
I once won an eBay auction but the seller dropped dead at some point or something (he got deleted from eBay as well) and I told my Credit Card company and they reversed the transaction. But in this case the good weren't even sent, I don't know if that matters.
Later I got an e-mail from PayPal which said I should contact them instead of my Credit Card company. Dunno what you guys think about that...?

In this case the order was sent out but got lost or sent back. Since it wasn't insured I'm not sure if I can ask my CC company for a refund, but perhaps it's possible.
I'll try to contact theRage once again. The second time my order was sent May 14th. I reckon they should have received it a long time already if it was sent back again -_-
