    Famicom Pal to NTSC how?

    I connected my pal famicom(hong kong version) to a ntsc tv using a rf switch, it comes out black and white and without sound. so, i'm assumming this also happens to ntsc famicoms using a pal tv. is there a cheap converter that i can buy, or possibly build to convert pal to ntsc?

    It'll be easy and cheaper to buy a real Famicom then it would be to mess around converting said machine...

        Yes it's a mod to output a balanced NTSC composite signal from the Famicom.

        You still should go and get a NTSC Famicom, running games in 50Hz and borders is bad....
