gmail invites are like a turd that won't flush.

Given away about 10 in the last few days, and they keep bumping you back up to 6. Quite why the don't just publically launch the damn thing is beyond me. Anyway, 6 more there for the taking as above, if you're desperate.

Yeah, I don't see why they don't just make it final.

Invites appear as a link at the bottom of the left hand set of guff, in red. "6 invites remaining", or some such.

Got rid of 5 yesterday, 6 new ones appeared today

Btw, the info I gave above about the invites is now out of date, they changed it last night - if you have invites, they seem to appear in a dark blue bar at the top of your inbox, in white writing.
