Where can i get ahold of a Gamecube NR Reader?

Basically, I need one asap for my friend who's getting a review copy of Metroid Prime 2 extremely soon.

Any help ladies?

Out of curiosity what is a NR Reader

For preview/work in progress/review copies of games. NR discs can't be read on a normal GC, and an NR reader can't read normal GC discs. I've got a beta Skies of Arcadia Legend sitting here at home (a present from a friend of mine) but can't try it to see what's different between it and the official release because I need an NR reader!
