Third Strike Costume Colours missing?

As with the arcade and DC each character has 6 normal colours and 6 extra (when the game is beaten with said character).

However there was also a "secret costume". On arcade jab, fwd, fierce and on DC L+B+X.

This doesn't seem to work on the PS2. Anyone figured out what buttons are required?

Nowt useful in that thread. However I did find the answer elsewhere.

Square+Circle+R1 (jab,fierce punch and kick)
