Asian/NTSC and Japan/NTSC XBox games

I am considering purchasing a few Asian and Japan XBox games from Play-Asia as they don't seem to stock many US NTSC XBox games.

I am wonderinf if anyone has any experience with these games and whether or not they are in English (or likely to be)

Burnout 3 (Asia)
Rallisport Challenge 2 (Japan)
Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow (Japan)

Any info would be much appreciated!

I have a US NTSC XBox though and have just signed up for a Live account.

If your lookin us ntsc games then try videogameplus,they're cheap and quite quick
